Are you ready?  This is how we'll work together.

I'm not a pushover, but I'm also not a drill sergeant.  If you want results, if you want to change how you express yourself, if you are ready to step into your full power, then we have some work to do.  And it will be well worth the effort when you hear and feel the power of your voice and your spirit.

What’s it like to give voice to your power?

These are some of the opportunities and results waiting for you to reach out and grab them.  Which of these results will you choose to give voice to your power?   

• Dispel the stories you have been telling yourself about yourself. Hear your inner voice that ignores your criticisms and supports you in using your personal power.

• Boldly speak up without fretting about the right thing to say. Care more about how you honestly feel and less about what others think.

• Speak to others without judgment or assumption.  Compassionately speak with a sincere desire for mutual understanding, without expectations for a specific outcome.

• Find the conviction from within to have a difficult conversation.  Use heart-based techniques to manage the anxiety and stress that keep you from expressing an issue or a concern.  Trust your intuitive heart to hold a sacred place for you to feel safe with your expression.

• Learn to take life less seriously some of the time.  Even the spiritual, soulful side of you likes to have fun.

Xplore Your Zing! Philosophy and Values

Zing! is a vibrancy, an energy that flows without restraint, as it meanders through your soul, speaking the diverse languages of your Being.  It communicates in Contentment, Awareness, Joy, Confidence, Peace, Possibility, and a whole host of feelings that celebrate your right to state your case, declare your position, and tell your story.  Zing! is the culmination of the power you already have.  If it’s suppressed, it will be re-sprung.  If it’s hiding, it will be found.  If it's masked, it will be made visible. 

You’re not a remote control, so take yourself off Pause and Mute.  Validate your thoughts, opinions and feelings by giving life to the words and emotions that form in your mind and heart. 

A little bit of risk, some challenge, and a smidgen of uncertainty make for a powerful voice. Courage, passion and fortitude add to the conviction.

You have the potential to take yourself to new heights, to climb out of the proverbial box, and to stretch as you have never before, living in full expression and self-awareness.  The box has merely been a convenient container.  You don’t need it anymore; you are your own container.
