About Patricia
“She’s the shy one.” That’s how I was referenced as a child because I was quiet. I didn't say much, but I knew I had opinions and thoughts.
I began to speak up in high school. In college, I was active in student government, and was elected Student Body President.
My first two jobs out of college were in sales. Selling print advertising space. Making a pitch. Ooh, it was scary. Driving around the block afraid to go in. Making a sale. Success!
Eventually I became a corporate trainer. My gift to the world. Teaching others. Watching them grow personally and professionally as they learned new skills and adopted healthier attitudes. And I learned much about myself in the process.
What I learned from my shyness as a child is a gift I now bring to my clients as an adult. I learned to listen attentively, compassionately, and intuitively. When others spoke, I hung onto their words. In a room full of conversations, I was sometimes the audience of one. Over time, I learned to join in and share my thoughts.
I am ready to partner with you. To honor where you come from and to acknowledge where you are going. To listen as I know how. To encourage and support you. To respect your stories.
