About Patricia
When I was 23 years old, my body told me I had taken it to the limit. I was working as a sales rep, and every day on the job was a struggle for me.
My doctor confirmed that I was experiencing severe stress, and wrote me a prescription for Valium. I took the prescription home, planning to have it filled at the pharmacy the next day. Then I sat down and had a talk with myself.
What I learned in that moment of reflection was that I was living my life based on what I thought others expected, or wanted, of me. I had given up control of what mattered to me.
I tore up the prescription, and began a journey that continues even today. Along the way, I re-discovered myself, and began living life on my own terms. There were struggles, and do-overs, but always, there were successes.
Now that I know why I am here, I want to share with others what I gained from taking the time to be honest with myself. Whether it's about your business or your life, you deserve to live it on your own terms, without stress, and with full-out joy.
